Everything you need before your visit.

What to expect
A quick walkthrough of your visit, from the moment you arrive to your follow-up.
- 1
Before you arrive
Download and complete the Medical History Questionnaire ahead of time. It saves time at check-in. Bring your insurance card, a photo ID, and your current glasses and/or contact lens boxes.
- 2
During your exam
A comprehensive exam typically takes 45–60 minutes and may include dilation eye drops so your doctor can fully examine your retina. If your eyes are dilated, you may want sunglasses for the ride home.
- 3
After your visit
Your doctor will walk you through your results and any treatment plan. If new eyewear is recommended, our opticians can help you find frames and lenses on the spot.
